The site features guided tours of the caverns, a campground, picnic area, gem mine, and gift shop.

"Located in Blountville, TN, just off Hwy 394 on Cave Hill Road"

From Vriginia
From VA. I-81 S, Take exit 69 for TN-394 toward Blountville/Bristol. Follow TN-394 E toward Feathers Chapel Rd. Turn right onto Feathers Chapel Rd. Turn right onto Buncombe Rd . Go 1.3 miles and turn left on Cave Hill Road. Go 0.5 miles to caverns on Right. (extra parking on lot directly across the street on left)
From 11E
From 11E, take Bluff City / Blountville exit. Turn Left onto TN- 394 W. Follow TN-394 W toward Feathers Chapel Rd. Turn Left onto Feathers Chapel Rd. Turn right onto Buncombe Rd . Go 1.3 miles and turn left on Cave Hill Road. Go 0.5 miles to caverns on Right. (extra parking on lot directly across the street on left)
North Bound Traffic
Follow I-40 E and I-81 N to TN-394 E in Blountville. Take exit 69 for TN-394 toward Blountville/Bristol. Turn right onto TN-394 E. Follow TN-394 E toward Feathers Chapel Rd. Turn right onto Feathers Chapel Rd. Turn right onto Buncombe Rd . Go 1.3 miles and turn left on Cave Hill Road. Go 0.5 miles to caverns on Right.
